The Man Behind the Chef
We were completely thrilled (and slightly star struck) when Manu came to us with his innovative fresh sauce idea. Manu is a perfectionist and that had to come across in the branding and packaging.
The design journey took us through naming, strategy, brand creation, retailer presentations, packaging design, photography and social media content generation.
The idea behind the creative is ‘The Man Behind The Chef’. A serious portrait captures the professional chef. This is then interlocked with a more playful image, showing us the fun and charismatic clown that we’ve all come to know and love. The pastel palette communicates the freshness of the product. Punches of bright eye-catching hues add shelf-shout. Touches of sophisticated calligraphy are a nod to Manu’s French roots, while fresh ingredients are loosely scattered as if thrown onto your kitchen bench ready to be used. Bon Appetit!

‘Working with Boxer & Co has been a pleasure from day one.
