Boxer & Co.’s goal in creating this alcohol-free range was to make it look so good that anyone who’s not drinking alcohol would be proud to take it along to a cocktail party. The design features our sexy, sober heroin, Ms Sans in different costumes and poses. For Cosmopolitan she’s a sassy New-Yorker, for the gin replacement she’s sporting an English bowler hat and for the blood orange aperitif she’s Saint-Tropez Beach Club-ready.
Whilst Ms Sans herself clearly hails from the 1950s, the colour palette and minimalist label give the brand modern, hip cues. The aim was to make the labels look as though they’d been roughly screen-printed in a small home-based factory to give the brand an air of casual rawness.

Whilst Ms Sans stands provocatively on the mocktail range, she lounges on a seat on the non-alc spirits range. This both works harmoniously with the label shape and gives a more luxurious feel, which is further enhanced by gold or silver touches on each spirit label.
The Ms Sans wordmark itself stands proud over the illustrations in a thoroughly modern way, whilst taking some cues for its letter forms from the 1950s. Overall a sexy and sophisticated style for these playful, healthier option drinks.
